Sewage pumping stations are complete systems designed for the hydraulic transport of sanitary, industrial, combined sewer, and stormwater wastewater to a selected collection point. Pumping stations are particularly important when the receiving water level is higher than the incoming sewage.

SEWAGE PUMPING STATION OPERATION PRINCIPLE

1. The pumping station is an automatic facility. Incoming sewage is collected in the pumping tank until the volume reaches a maximum level. When the maximum level is exceeded, a pulse from the level sensor activates the pump. The pump pumps the accumulated sewage until a minimum level is reached, after which the pump is turned off and the cycle can begin again. PUMPING STATION CONSTRUCTION

2. The pumping tanks are made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene). The pumping stations are equipped (depending on the selected model) with discharge pipelines with shut-off and non-return valves, a tight transition through the walls of the gravity and discharge pipelines, and an optional additional control system. Ball check valves installed on the discharge risers prevent wastewater backflow, while shut-off valves allow for shutting off the flow for maintenance purposes. LIQUID LEVEL CONTROL

3. In the basic version of the pumping station, the following wastewater levels are used in the control system: - Maximum level - pump activation, - Minimum level - pump deactivation. Accessories such as the SAFEMATIC electronic pump protection, the E1/E2 Set control box for electric pumps, and the EP Pedrollo electronic pump protection can be ordered for this pumping station.

IMPORTANT! Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obligated to inspect the goods for quality and quantity and to report any concerns regarding the goods visible on the day of delivery, under penalty of forfeiture of subsequent warranty claims. If the goods are delivered by an external courier company, the Buyer should inspect the goods and immediately report any damage to the carrier before the shipment is delivered. If, after the shipment is delivered, the Buyer discovers any loss or damage to the goods that was not visible upon receipt, they should report this to the carrier and the Seller immediately after discovering the damage, but no later than 7 days from the date of receipt.
