Consent to the processing of personal data by Flexible Anna Hochuł within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act is voluntary, however, the lack of consent makes it impossible to complete the transaction, deliver the order and any communication with the Customer.
The personal data administrator is Anna Hochuł Flexible. We process data in order to complete the transaction. Flexible Anna Hochuł may entrust the processing of personal data to cooperating entities to the extent necessary to complete the transaction, e.g. for the purpose of delivering parcels or accounting.
Customer Account
When creating a Customer account, please provide the following Customer data: company name and/or name, surname, address, e-mail address, and telephone number.
Product availability notification
At the Customer's request, Flexible Anna Hochuł sends information about product availability electronically. The condition for sending such information is consent to receiving commercial information about the online store's products to the provided e-mail address and the processing of personal data by Flexible Anna Hochuł. Providing data is voluntary, however, lack of consent to the processing of personal data makes it impossible to send information about product availability. The customer has the right to access and correct his or her data.

We will then take the necessary actions to immediately and free of charge stop processing your personal data and delete them from our databases.
