At the beginning, please prepare a technical drawing. We will check whether your product is suitable for the Roto-Moulding-Process.

Then by choice:

1. You will receive a non-binding price offer for a minimum order of 30 pieces and delivery time. Full prepayment required.

2. You will receive a target price offer for the first copy along with the production cost (costs of the mold to make the casting, here we are talking about several dozen thousand PLN) and we will calculate subsequent unit costs for you.

The production process using materials such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) has the following advantages:

- ease and speed of production thanks to the rotary method

- durability, solidity, shock resistance

- safe storage of food, water, food liquids

- resistance to UV rays

- resistance to many types of chemicals according to the table in the Characteristics and Applications section

- the product can be produced in various colors from the RAL palette

- threaded sockets or threaded nuts made of stainless steel or brass and are placed directly in the tanks

- high strength and fixed position of the mounting points facilitates work with tanks

Custom water tanks - planning and approval of prototypes:

After preparing, agreeing and approving your drawing and paying the production costs of the necessary tooling, we proceed to production. Once the prototypes are received and approved, production of serial products can begin. The time from the first planning with drawing to the first prototypes depends on the complexity and size of the casting mold and available production facilities. On average, this is a period of 6 to 12 weeks.

Custom-made water tanks - a series of products for your order with an individual mold:

Depending on the complexity, the mold is made of aluminum or steel.

Preliminary work is first done with the Mold. Machine parameters are calibrated and recorded to guarantee optimal and consistent part quality. In the case of the production of existing molds, it is necessary to equip / retrofit with the appropriate parts for the given rotary kiln in advance. After the melting process, the finished piece is removed from the mold and slowly cooled. Further processing steps are carried out (external trimming, etc.). Once the samples are approved, the custom-made product/plastic tank you want can be mass-produced.


Customized water tanks – Exclusive or non-exclusive tanks:



Exclusive sale: You bear the cost of making the molding/production tools, and we guarantee that this model will

sold only to you. Production/tooling costs are always paid in advance, i.e. before production.

Share in production costs:

If necessary, we can participate in the costs of tooling/mould production to make your investment more attractive. This applies to

in particular, custom-made water tanks that we can potentially include in our standard tank range and sell to other customers. In this case, we reserve the right to sell the tank (possibly with minor modifications also via our online shop).



Custom-made tanks - What dimensions and quantities are possible?



The maximum dimensions of the product or custom-made plastic tank correspond to the size of the melting chamber or melting furnace in which it is melted at relatively low temperatures. A tank with a capacity of around 5,500 liters is currently the maximum. Products with a maximum length and width of 2 meters and a height of 2.20 meters are possible. When creating a process-related manufacturing mould, not only the size but also the complexity of the design must be considered.

The form usually consists of two separate parts. In the case of containers, for example, a shaped top part may be connected to several closely fitting shaped bottom parts. In this way, several heights can be obtained for one type of product. For smaller series, this can be an economical solution.
