IMPORTANT! Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obligated to inspect the goods for quality and quantity and report any concerns regarding the goods visible on the day of delivery, under penalty of forfeiture of subsequent warranty claims. If the goods are delivered by an external courier company, the Buyer should inspect the goods and immediately report any damage to the carrier before the shipment is delivered. If, after the shipment is delivered, the Buyer discovers any loss or damage to the goods that was not visible from the outside upon receipt, they should report this to the carrier and the Seller immediately after discovering the damage, but no later than 7 days from the date of receipt.
