Delivery
1. The goods are shipped on the same or the next business day, counted from the moment of order confirmation and acceptance of the payment method (online, transfer confirmation or cash on delivery) - if the product is in stock in the store.
2. Delivery time 24-48 hours only if the order is placed and confirmed before 11.00. Option active on the days preceding the business day. Despite our best efforts, courier companies no longer guarantee delivery within 24 hours. and during the pre-Christmas period they reserve the right to longer delays, currently 72 hours.
3. For an additional fee of PLN 15.00 gross, delivery by DPD on Saturday is possible - after agreement with us.
4. The average shipping time for goods that are not currently in stock is 1-5 weeks. However, during the pandemic it may be up to 8 weeks.
5. Delivery of goods is carried out via courier services.
6. Failure to collect the order from the courier will charge the Buyer with shipping costs.
7. We deliver shipments in Poland and the Czech Republic, please ask the Seller each time about the possibility of sending to other countries - providing the type and quantity of the goods and the postal code in the country of receipt in order to determine the shipment costs.
8. Shipping abroad - it is possible to purchase goods with the "personal pickup" option. After receiving the payment, we will release the goods to your courier. We can also provide an offer for shipping costs to a specified address in Europe.
9. For a single order of a larger number of tanks, it is possible to send them on a pallet - ask us for a quote, providing the tank model, quantity and postal code for collection. We will do it for you with pleasure.
10. Purchase and/or collection of goods in the store is possible only after prior arrangement.
11. ATTENTION! Check the packaging upon receipt! IF THE PACKING IS DAMAGED - IMMEDIATELY ASK THE COURIER TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT. AFTER DELIVERY, COMPLAINTS about damaged or scratched tanks WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
