Our tanks are manufactured in the so-called rotational molding process.
Rotational molding is done using a stainless steel or aluminum mold. We fill the mold with plastic granules (PE/polyethylene) and heat it in the oven. The plastic melts evenly on the mold wall as it constantly rotates around the vertical and horizontal axes. The mold is then cooled with air or water, allowing the plastic to slowly harden and the plastic tank to retain its desired shape. The rotational molding process differs from other manufacturing methods in that the heating, melting, forming, and cooling phases only occur when the polymer is introduced into the mold and no external pressure is required during molding. The rotational molding process gives us high-quality, stress-free and seamless plastic tanks in a variety of sizes and shapes.
The material used is food-safe and physiologically harmless. The rotational molding process guarantees high quality and long service life of our plastic (polyethylene) tanks. Plastic tanks consist of one unit, without welds, and therefore have no weak points, which is extremely important, especially when transporting liquids, where there are constant vibrations. Other suppliers usually use a simpler method in which different plastic plates are welded together to form the tank and therefore always have vulnerable and weak spots.

Rotational molding results in the following properties of our plastic tanks:
The container is monolithic, seamless and stress-free, in one piece.
Physiologically harmless (safe for food). We have PZH CERTIFICATE.
UV stabilized polyethylene.
Wall thickness 6 to 8 mm.
The tanks are durable, solid and dimensionally stable.
Shock and impact resistant.
High impact resistance and stiffness of the entire product.
High resistance, according to the characteristics of polyethylene (largely resistant to acids and alkalis).
Flat surfaces for mounting fittings, sleeves and screw connections.
Larger capacity tanks are manufactured with a partition, called a divider, for addictional stability in mobile applications.
Brass connections (outlet holes) located at the lowest points of the tank can be left closed or unblocked by drilling.
Advantages of using our plastic tanks:
Shock and UV resistant.
Robust and dimensionally stable, wear-resistant.
Long service life.
Flexible use.
Suitable for storing drinking water and many other liquids and powdered substances.
Save space and weight thanks to slim and flat design.
Easy cleaning thanks to the inspection hole and smooth interior of the tank.
Easy transport thanks to low weight.
Easy installation and quick assembly.
